Some Facts about Enzymes...

  • Enzymes are a class of protein, that consists of a long chain of amino acids held together by peptide bonds.
  • Enzymes are present in the formation and degradation of all biological substances.
  • More than 3000 enzymes are present in our bodies*
  • Enzymes are the most efficient catalysts known to man; they can increase a rate of biochemical reactions 100-10,000 times compared to only 10-100 times by the best non-enzymatic detergents*
  • The Maxi-Enzyme enzymes are designed to digest (cut) large water insoluble organic molecules into small water-soluble particles.
  • The enzymes work like a pair of scissors, “cutting off” large biological and organic molecules piece by piece, making it easy to then flush out with water.

Enzymes...

BENEFITS TODAY AND TOMORROW ...

Enzymes have played an important role in many aspects of life since the dawn of time. In fact they are vitally important to the existence of life itself. Civilizations have used enzymes for thousands of years without understanding what they were or how they work.

Over the past several generations, science has unlocked the mystery of enzymes and has applied this knowledge to make better use of these amazing substances in an ever-growing number of applications. Enzymes play crucial roles in producing the food we eat, the clothes we wear, even in producing fuel for our automobiles.

Enzymes are also important in reducing both energy consumption and environmental pollution.
